Our Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, we want you to know that De Nooyer Jaguar is committed to the health and safety of both its workers and the community and as such, is taking all precautionary measures to close non-essential business functions for the duration of Michigan's shelter in place order through April 13th 2020 including all non-essential sales, office and support. There are some segments of our business that have been deemed critical infrastructure in regards to transportation services and therefore, Service and Parts Departments will remain open as "essential businesses" until further notice. 

In the interest of our workers and the community's health we will be limiting our hours of service and reducing staff on property to absolute minimum levels during this time. We will be limiting all services to appointment only and would urge customers to only utilize our services in the event of an emergency (vehicle inoperable or likely to become inoperable) in accordance with the shelter in place order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we limit our services while still trying to provide the essential infrastructure to our community.

If your vehicle is in need of service during this time, we are taking extensive measures to disinfect our facility and your vehicle and follow all CDC recommended practices.  We encourage our guests to use our drop off service as we can complete all transactions by text or phone. The key drop box is near the entrance of our three service lanes. In addition, we are offering complimentary pickup and delivery for select service needs. We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services for select services (please call for details).
