In purchasing our 2017 F-Pace, we had a lot of questions and were debating between the Jaguar and another Lexus. Will's customer service exceeded our expectations. He offered to ride along with us during the test drive and was knowledgeable about all aspects and features of the vehicle (patiently answering my questions as I typed into my Excel spreadsheet). Will followed up with us promptly and was fair and reasonable during the negotiation process. He even searched to find me the exact color and interior I wanted, and had the vehicle shipped from Cincinnati. The day we picked up the vehicle, he drove to Kalamazoo from vacation with his family to be there to personally ensure we had our needs met. Then, he spent 45 minutes ensuring we knew every detail we needed to about the F-Pace and how to navigate the features. And he did it all with a smile.
