Very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of Will and everyone I dealt with. I have an hour drive to the dealership so they were willing to communicate and negotiate via phone and email. Car was gassed and detailed when I arrived and the paperwork took ten minutes. Earned repeat business.

I just purchased my first Jaguar! I specifically purchased an E-Pace. I had exceptional service from both Dale and Jon. I specifically want to thank Dale for his time, patience, and attention in making sure I was comfortable and new all the "bells & whistles" on my new Jag! In purchasing our 2017 F-Pace, we had a lot of questions and were debating between the Jaguar and another Lexus. Will's customer service exceeded our expectations. He offered to ride along with us during the test drive and was knowledgeable about all aspects and features of the vehicle (patiently answering my questions as I typed into my Excel spreadsheet).
